Position Summary

Under the general direction of Field Supervisor CT and/or Supervisor CT,  performs required tasks associated with the rig up/down of equipment and tools, job operation and performance on customer location. Employee in this position will be responsible for operating and maintaining Coiled Tubing Unit or other assigned equipment during operations as well as pre and post job execution. Employee may be required to perform a variety of task or job duties assigned by Service Supervisor CT, Operations Manager CT, or Field Supervisor CT. Perform all duties in compliance with Customer and Company policies and procedures and applicable regulations. Actively participates in safety meetings to identify and address risks and hazards. Utilizes competency processes to enhance job performance. Typical education requirements include a High School Diploma / G.E.D or applicable relevant experience.

Key Accountabilities

• Operate service and maintain equipment in a safe manner.
 • Completes required equipment inspection and maintenance documentation.
 • Maintains daily DOT electronic driver logs.
 • Ensures required safety and operational procedures are followed.
 • Assist the supervisor with the direction of other crew members in the rig up and rig down of equipment and operate the Coiled Tubing Unit following standard operating procedures for the unit.
 • Monitor and document all phases of the CT job operations using electronic Daily Treatment Reports and CT Management Software.
 • Submits required documentation and paperwork upon completion of the job.
 • Maintain general housekeeping, clean up, repair, and maintenance of CT equipment.
 • Performs and assumes other duties and responsibilities as be required by immediate supervisor.
 • Perform all duties in compliance with Customer and Company policies and procedures and applicable regulations.
 • Actively participates in safety meetings to identify and address risks and hazards.
 • Utilizes competency processes to enhance job performance.
 • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Ability to read, write and speak English to the extent that they are able to understand verbal and written instructions as well as give verbal and written instructions in English.
 • Ability to use simple mathematical calculations using whole numbers, fractions and decimals (addition, subtraction, division and multiplication) to make job related calculations.
 • Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations as required for the position.
 • Basic computer skills are preferred.
 • Knowledge and skills in completing electronic DOT driver logs.
 • Able to work well with others in a diverse team work environment.
 • Knowledge of Coiled Tubing Unit operations and maintenance.
 • Able to operate Coiled Tubing Unit equipment per operating standards and procedures.
 • Knowledge of company policies, QHSE standards, and PSL guidelines.
 • Must possess the communications skills required to perform the essential functions of the job.
 • Skills to drive Commercial A Vehicles.

Required Experience and Education
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required
