Pumping Specialist II

Position Summary

Pumping Specialist II will be responsible for pumping services field operations including safety, customer satisfaction, service quality, and complying with all company SOPs and regulations.

Key Accountabilities
  • Supervise a ground crew and facilitate rig up and rig down.
  • Perform operating procedures and ensure on the job safety.
  • Responsible for satisfactory execution and completion of pump operations.
  • Carry out company SOPs and coordinate any necessary changes on the job.
  • Provide employee performance feedback and recommendations to management.
  • Prepare and provide job reports to customer and management.
  • Confer with maintenance personnel on equipment status to preclude unnecessary equipment down time.
  • Responsible for meeting all DOT requirements.
  • Interact with customer and 3rd party personnel.
  • Provide accurate and complete Field Ticket as well as Crew bonus sheets after each job.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Works Independently.
  • Extensive understanding of pump operations and unit capabilities.
  • Mechanically Inclined.
  • Proficient with data acquisition system.
  • Pass the company's "Physical Functions Assessment"


Required Experience and Education
  • Possession and maintenance of a class A or B CDL with heavy truck experience.
  • Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Minimum of 2 years of pumping specialist experience or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 90 days as a Pumping Specialist I.
